Learn to henna! This 2.5 hour workshop is a combination of discussion and hands on practical work. This is a class intended for beginners, to familiarize you with the basics of henna artistry application - and is always a fun time!
Join Hailey from Henna by Hailey where she'll walk us through a discussion of the origins and ingredients of Henna, natural vs. chemical henna, powder vs. paste henna and mixing henna. Then we'll get all 'artsy' & she will demonstrate a basic design and you'll practice your own designs on laminated sheets before applying on your own or a friend's skin. Learn basic aftercare and how to extend the life of your temporary tattoo.
Prerequisites: Say what!? No previous artistic or henna experience is required. Anyone can learn the basics of henna application! Minimum age: 13.
Registration fee covers fresh made henna cones that you will use in class and can take home with you, your laminated practice sheet and an instruction booklet to practice your new skills. Henna kits will be available to purchase at the end of class from Hailey (cash, debit or credit card) if you wish to stock up.

All registrations are considered final sale. Make up classes can be arranged with the instructor and studio availability. We reserve the right to cancel classes that don’t meet our minimum enrollment requirements. In the event of a class cancellation, notice will be given by phone and/or email to students four days prior to start date. Students will be refunded fees in full in this case.
