The month of February is marked by the most romantic holiday of the year, Valentine’s Day. Most people will use this day to treat their loved ones and significant others with cards, chocolates, and flowers. However, some that want to score a few extra points in the relationship will plan a romantic dinner to celebrate their love. While the idea of cooking a favourite dish can be heart-warming, most individuals struggle in the kitchen. So to avoid any unfortunate kitchen blunders on Valentine’s Day, let the perfect atmosphere of the reFIND Studio and incredible cuisine of Chef Brodie of Savoy Culinary make the night perfect.

Making fresh pasta at home opens up a whole world of authentic — and surprisingly easy — Italian cooking.  Start the evening learning how to make fresh Fettuccine Aglio e olio, then the art of forming handmade Ravioli & Tortellini stuffed with 3 Italian cheeses.

Following the pasta making, uncork your wine & enjoy a fabulous 3-course meal prepared by Chef Brodie by candlelight.  Menu is as follows:

LOBSTER RISOTTO
with Mizuno & Pine Nuts

LAMB WELLINGTON
Fresh lamb tenderloin wrapped in puff pastry
With mushroom duxelles, prosciutto & dijon
Served with herb roasted potatoes, sautéed rapini & juniper jus

LAVENDER PANNA COTTA
Served with Amaretto ice cream

This event is BYOB - feel free to bring a bottle of wine, beer or liqueurs to your taste.  Sparkling & still water will be provided at the table, as well as coffee & tea with dessert.

Cost:  $85/person
