Welcome to reFIND Craft Camp! In this one day workshop we will create a fun and cheerful piñata to celebrate, well - just being a kid!!
In this one day workshop we will create a fun and cheerful piñata, perfect for a birthday celebration! Forget the messy and arduous task of multi layer paper mache, we'll be using cardboard and crepe paper to create this project in just one day!
We will be teaching safe use of a box cutter knife as one of our hands-on skills. The piñata shapes are entirely up to our students to decide, and we will have lots of photos for inspiration.
Time permitting, we will also create the piñata batons, as well as some small DIY prizes to go inside the piñatas (such as beaded friendship bracelets and yarn pom poms).
The day will be JAM-PACKED with creative arts & games to make this a camp day the kid's will not forget!
Our programming is intended for ages 7 - 14.
