Embroidery – it’s the traditional great aunt of the crafts, right? Wrong! Modern embroidery hoop art is creative, cheeky (sometimes even offensive!) and sweet and will change the way you see traditional embroidery. Kate Shaver, talented hoop art designer and owner of Fergus' 'Handmade by Kate' will teach the basics of hand embroidery - transferring an image to fabric, stretching the fabric in the hoop and 4 simple stitches that can be used to embellish your image or create a simple piece of embroidered art.
**NEW DESIGNS FOR A SPECIAL NIGHT YO!" Your hoop will say Fuck Off, Nope, Get Bent, No Thnks, U Suk, or Bite Me along with some pretty floral embellishments (shhh don't tell your Grandma!)! ** Please make your selection upon registering, no custom curse words allowed!
Anyone can attend this workshop! No previous experience is required. Spaces are limited, so get your tickets before they’re gone!

All registrations are considered final sale. Make up classes can be arranged with the instructor and studio availability. We reserve the right to cancel classes that don’t meet our minimum enrollment requirements. In the event of a class cancellation, notice will be given by phone and/or email to students four days prior to start date. Students will be refunded fees in full in this case.
