Hang out with clay artist Christine Eves and discover why she loves working with polymer clay! In this workshop, you'll learn the basics of working with a medium like polymer clay, hand-building techniques (like marbling) and get inspiration for some abstract creations before jumping into designing your very own statement earrings.
This is your time to shine as you freestyle your way through building the various pieces for your statement earrings. There is no rhyme or reason, make whatever makes you happy! Once your pieces are baked, you'll learn the simple steps of attaching jump rings, hooks, or studs to finish up your pieces. You’ll leave with minimum 2 handmade pairs of earrings, but even more importantly, the knowledge (and motivation) to go home and make more.
This event is BYOB and yummy non-alcoholic drinks & treats will be provided.
Your workshop includes
- 2 oz Fimo polymer clay in multiple colours (and tools to roll/cut!)
- all materials for finishing your earrings (hooks, jump rings, studs, clip on options and paint if you want it!)
- any additional materials you may want to finish with (glitter, pompoms, and jump rings for additional hanging flair!)
- your hand painted statement earrings to take home & wear!

All registrations are considered final sale. Make up classes can be arranged with the instructor and studio availability. We reserve the right to cancel classes that don’t meet our minimum enrollment requirements. In the event of a class cancellation, notice will be given by phone and/or email to students four days prior to start date. Students will be refunded fees in full in this case.
